JEI Education & Work Services provides consultancy and support for university and college applications, English language courses, diploma conversion (UK ENIC), job preparation, and related services for individuals wishing to study or work in the United Kingdom.

Requests for refunds must be made in writing within 14 days of payment.
Once a service has been initiated (for example, application submission, consultation delivery, or course enrolment), no refund will be provided except where legally required.

By enrolling in an English or professional course through JEI, you agree to abide by the policies of both JEI and the partner institution delivering the course.
Attendance and participation are required to maintain enrolment.
Course schedules may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Certificates are awarded only upon successful completion and meeting attendance criteria.
